A New York City police officer put his arm around Eric Garner's neck and choked out his life as he screamed "I can't breathe!" A police officer in Ferguson, MO aimed his gun at Michael Brown, an unarmed African-American teenager and shot him multiple times while he reportedly pleaded, "I don't have a gun. Stop Shooting!"
